Hannah Durham
Hannah practiced employment law at a Lancashire-based firm before co-founding SDM Legal. Hannah regularly advises on Tribunal Litigation, largely in claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistle-blowing. In 2016, Hannah and Carl Moran initiated the Protective Award movement bringing high-profile multi-million-pound cases for the employees of insolvent companies including BHS and Monarch Airlines spanning over thousands of Claimants. Hannah heads SDM Legal’s #MeToo campaign and regularly advises on discrimination issues including sexual harassment and victimisation.
