Carl Moran
Carl specialises in Employment Law. He has previously been an Associate Partner at Eversheds and a Partner at Nexus Solicitors and JMW Solicitors, all based in Manchester. Carl has had great success in running high-value discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal cases for both Claimant and Respondent clients including complex multi-claimant cases. He has been particularly successful in advising on reorganisations and redundancy disputes. Carl has contributed to the Employment Law Volumes of the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents and has regularly featured in the Legal 500 and the national press.
