There are an increasing range of ways in which you can manage the costs of a dispute and we will work with you to identify the best approach for you. We have worked with legal expenses insurers and will also consider reducing our own fees on a discounted conditional basis where we believe that is the best way of managing your costs.
All of our dispute matters are supervised by Martin Stafford, a director and solicitor with over 15 years’ experience of a range of disputes. Martin previously worked for large National law firms before establishing SDM Legal in 2018 with the intention of providing a bespoke service to clients new and old.
