Employment Advice for Business

At SDM Legal we provide business advice and support on all aspects of Employment Law.

This includes advising on day to day HR issues (such as performance management and dealing with grievance and disciplinary issues), contractual disputes, settlement agreements, protected conversation, TUPE transfers, maternity/paternity rights, business reorganisation and restructuring exercises and enforcing restrictive covenants.

We advise a wide range of businesses and our clients include smaller owner-managed businesses, SME’s and larger Companies nationwide. We offer Employment Law training to all of our business clients and provide representation in employment disputes in Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal.

Our advice is pragmatic and direct and where possible, we keep our clients out of court but if litigation becomes inevitable, we robustly protect our clients’ interests.
